What a beautiful week – the sun is shining; the birdsong is chirping, and spring is definitely in the air! Here’s Mr Rooney’s update for what has been an incredibly busy week.

Time is certainly flying by at the moment; we’re halfway through the half term and so much has already happened and is due to happen over the coming weeks!

It’s been another brilliant week in school this week, with all sorts of exciting things happening!

The first week back after half term has been absolutely packed full of opportunities and initiatives, and to top off the week, tonight 51 pupils and 7 staff are doing The Big Sleep at Salisbury Cathedral!

When we return from the half term break, there’s lots to look forward to: Shrove Tuesday, Ash Wednesday, World Book Day on Thursday, and The Big Sleep on the Friday!

It has been a real pleasure touring school and visiting lessons this week. Most pleasing this week was overhearing a pupil say ‘we are like one big family here’ when talking to a prospective family who were having a tour of the school!
